Reservations for Less than 30 Days

Sands Rv Resort will make every effort to reserve a space of choice. No specific site will be guaranteed.

Reservations for 30 Days or More

Sands will make every effort to allow you to pick your own space, to insure a specific site you must be pay in full at time reservation is made. Exception: If an annual guest pays for a lease agreement and reserves your site, you will be informed and be able to choose another that is available at that time.

Reservations for 3+ Months

A payment equal to 3 months Deposit will hold a specific site with the same exception as noted above.

Extension to Original Reservations (30 days or more only)

We are happy to extend your reservation as follows:

15 days prior to your departure date: You will be extended at the pro-rated monthly rate.

15 days or less to your departure date: You will be extended at the weekly/Daily rate.
