Sands RV Resort Clubhouse Quilters!

The Sands RV Resort's Clubhouse Quilting Group meets every Wednesday from 10-4 in the North Hall.

 

It is a group of multi- talented quilters, from beginning quilters to advanced, all working together, sharing ideas and talents! The ladies bring their sewing machines and projects and set up the long tables which are provided by The Sands RV Resort.

 

The North Hall lends itself well to quilting as it is a large space with plenty of natural lighting and AC on those hot Winter days. By January there can be as many as twenty quilters but the more the merrier is the Clubhouse Quilters' motto!

 

The Clubhouse Quilters is a busy group with plenty of quilting activities planned, such as their annual trek to the Road to California Quilt Show, which is held every January in Ontario, CA. They also attend the Hemet and the Palm Springs Quilt Shows and the Spring Fling Shop Hop. In February, The Sands hosts their own annual Quilt Show and Craft Fair, where the quilters get to show off their own creations and projects.
